I grew up loving hands‑on work and built a successful electrical career young, but the relentless pace eventually led to burnout and a period of deep reflection. Yoga in Marlow and 14 months of therapy helped me slow down, understand myself more honestly, and find a sense of calm and belonging I hadn’t realised I was missing. When the studio that supported me closed, I poured my savings, time and energy into keeping the community alive, eventually creating Flow, a space built not just for movement, but for connection, accessibility and genuine care. Flow exists because I believe people need places where they can feel safe, supported and welcome, and my mission is to keep building it as a community asset that brings hope, belonging and strength to Marlow and beyond.
